A closer look

"Saules 3" (Solar 3) was the first developer's apartment building and one of the earliest modern apartment buildings in the prestigious and green area of Žaliakalnis, Kaunas. Construction materials and implemented technical solutions ensured the durability, quality, and relevance of the interior and exterior to this day.
